Experience

Brazilian-qualified attorney (OAB/SP) with experience in the corporate legal departments of leading Brazilian and multinational publicly and privately held companies, including Banco Itaú S.A., UnitedHealth Group, Vitacon and Padtec, holding senior positions in highly regulated environments with exposure to international stakeholders. Legal, business, compliance and technology experience further expanded into strategic contract management (LATAM) at Capgemini, with Microsoft as a key client.

Nominations and Publications

• Advised Padtec S.A on the launch and structuring of the FIDC Funttel Padtec (Credit Rights Investment Fund), involving financing of up to BRL 100 million, with funds jointly provided by BNDES, in December 2021.
• Advised Órigo Energia on the structuring of its first solar power plant financed by Itaú BBA, in December 2018, in the amount of BRL 15.6 million, and subsequently advised on the M&A transaction, completed in March 2019, which resulted in Mitsui & Co. acquiring a 17% equity interest in the company.
• Advised Vitacon S.A on an M&A transaction involving Sampa Housing, in September 2014, with a transaction value of BRL 2.5 million.
