With over 20 years of experience, Luiz Alberto’s practice is defined by a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive approach. Throughout his career, he has advised companies on structuring human resources practices, corporate policies, labor compliance programs, and strategies for preventing and managing contingencies. He also handles strategic labor litigation, collective bargaining, and union relations.

His experience extends to handling matters involving executives and directors, collective claims, and public civil actions, as well as strategic negotiations with the Labor Prosecution Service (MPT) in highly complex legal situations with significant potential economic and reputational impact.

Recognized by Análise Editorial, Luiz Alberto holds a specialization in People Management and Labor Compliance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a specialization in Union and Collective Labor Law from the School of Legal Practice (ESA), and an extension certification in Corporate Labor Law from FGV.
