A norma institui o Formul\u00e1rio Digital de Benefici\u00e1rios Finais (e-BEF), integra essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ao CNPJ e cria novas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, com san\u00e7\u00f5es em caso de descumprimento.<\/p>\n<p>As mudan\u00e7as impactam especialmente estruturas com m\u00faltiplos n\u00edveis de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, fundos regulados pela CVM e ve\u00edculos no exterior com ativos no pa\u00eds, exigindo revis\u00e3o das estruturas societ\u00e1rias e dos controles de compliance cadastral.
